Duties of the Navigator / Participation Rules
-The Navigator has ultimate responsibility for the routes.
-They are responsible for the safety of participants.
-For the pace and the schedule.
The NAVIGATOR, AND ONLY THE NAVIGATOR, DECIDES THE NUMBER AND TYPE OF VEHICLES THAT WILL PARTICIPATE (4x4 - WILD TERRAIN - SUV) BECAUSE THEY ALONE KNOW THE LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY OF THE ROUTES.
Any interference results in immediate removal from the group or convoy.
-The Navigator sets the pace, and no one else.
-The Navigator must consider the slower drivers.
-The Navigator has the right to remove drivers who consistently "break" the convoy (fall behind), causing the entire schedule to deviate.
THE NAVIGATOR IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE:
-For assistance in case of breakdowns and the removal of a driver and vehicle from the mountain, ensuring their transport to a safe and accessible location.
-For the complete safety of vehicles and crews during challenging passages.
-For guiding, advising, and selecting the correct lines, tracks, and proper driving techniques for obstacles and crossings.
-Only the Navigator directs because they bear full responsibility.
-For providing information about locations.
-For the full and successful completion of the schedule.
-To cancel the activity on the spot for health reasons affecting any crew member.
-The Navigator/Organizer holds absolute responsibility for the organization of each excursion (Accommodation - Meals - Refueling).
-The Navigator must account for time allowances, including buffers for unforeseen events.
-The Navigator is responsible for pre-checking the routes before the activity.
-The Navigator is obligated to promptly remove problematic crews or anyone who endangers themselves or others.
-Anyone who does not fully cooperate with the Navigator's instructions or adapt to the circumstances of the excursion.
-The Navigator must have alternatives (easy or hard routes) and safe exit points for crews wishing to depart early for personal reasons, at specific locations and times.
-The Navigator must show understanding and encourage the crews, especially new drivers, for each accomplishment (e.g., crossings) made during challenging routes.
-The Navigator has the right to start the activity exactly at the announced departure time.
-Failure to adhere to meeting and departure times AUTOMATICALLY EXCLUDES THE SPECIFIC CREW FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY.
-THE MOUNTAIN HAS SPECIFIC TIMES AND EXIT POINTS.
-Anyone wishing to leave outside the predefined departure points MUST SIGN AND LEAVE AT THEIR OWN RISK at any time and location they choose.
AT THEIR OWN RISK!
-THE NAVIGATOR MUST BE COMPLETELY CONSISTENT WITH THE CREWS WHO COMPLETE THE ENTIRE PROGRAM OF THE EXCURSION.
-THE NAVIGATOR'S DUTY FOCUSES ON THE SAFETY AND SMOOTH COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM AS WELL AS THE DRIVING DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING, AND EDUCATION OF PARTICIPANTS IN OFF-ROAD DRIVING.
-FOR ALL THE ABOVE-MENTIONED REASONS FOR REMOVAL OR DISMISSAL, NO REFUND OF PARTICIPATION FEES WILL BE GIVEN.
